We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible items.
This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials or stitching

  • Structural defects

  • Damage occurring during normal, intended use

Eligible products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use or care

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, tears)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage due to incorrect washing or storage

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Certain hygiene-related products may not be eligible.


3. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the following must be provided:

  • Order number

  • Full name & email used at checkout

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted without proof of defect cannot be processed.


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you will receive one of the following:

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the defect is confirmed, replacement shipping is free.

  • If the returned item is found to be non-defective, shipping costs may apply.


7. Warranty for Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives incorrectly or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item + packaging

  • We will replace or refund your item immediately

You will not be responsible for return shipping in this case.


8. Limitations & Legal Terms

Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
This policy does not override any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your region.
