Returns & Refunds Policy

3. Return Process
To request a return:

4. Return Shipping Costs

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded promptly.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this window, orders may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier investigation.
10. High-Risk Shipping Regions (Important)
Orders shipped to destinations classified as high-risk regions are considered final sale once dispatched.
Due to elevated risks beyond our control (including loss, delays, or delivery complications), refunds, returns, or replacements are not offered for orders shipped to high-risk regions after dispatch.
By placing an order to such a destination, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
