Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our goal is to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience while ensuring fast order processing. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.


1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this window, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped, and therefore cannot be canceled.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We cannot cancel orders that:

  • Have passed the 12-hour processing period

  • Have already been shipped

  • Are custom or personalized items

  • Have begun fulfillment at the warehouse

3. Pre-Orders & High-Demand Items

Pre-order items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Afterward, these items move into scheduled production and cannot be canceled.


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank

If your order is ineligible for cancellation, we will notify you promptly.


5. Incorrect Information on Orders

If you entered an incorrect address or made a mistake during checkout:

  • Contact us within 12 hours

  • We will update your order if it has not yet been processed

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.


6. Store-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order if:

  • The item becomes unavailable

  • The payment cannot be verified

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Shipping restrictions apply

You will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
